Legacy Pipelines LP is a Limited Partnership formed in the fall of 2021 combining the experience and expertise of three established entities in their respective areas of Pipeline Construction and Maintenance. Along with their decades of practical experience they provide a solid financial footing and broad operating base to support operations.

Legacy Pipelines operates two separate divisions:

  • Pipeline Construction specializes in new construction projects of pipeline infrastructure. Our knowledgeable and experienced team has built Oil and Gas pipelines across Canada for top tier owners such as TC Energy, Enbridge, Trans Mountain Pipelines, Pembina Pipelines and Gibsons Energy. We have the workforce and equipment available to construct anywhere from 10km to >100Km of pipelines from 10” to 48” throughout Canada.
  • Facility Construction & Maintenance assists with our clients’ brownfield projects and maintenance scopes, specializing in pipeline integrity services, installation of new lines, maintenance and replacement of existing piping, and related civil work. Our team has over 30 years’ experience in maintenance and integrity work with major producers such as Syncrude, Suncor, CNRL, Imperial Oil, Husky and Cenovus.

Legacy Capacity

With the committed financial support of the founders, Legacy is ready to take on projects of any size from 10” – 48” or 10km – 100km. The experienced board members are aware of the necessary resources in terms of bonding, insurance, and cash-flow etc. to successfully execute your next project. One example of this commitment is the attached equipment list highlighting the equipment that is at the disposal of Legacy Pipelines.

Furthermore, the leadership team has the depth and experience to deliver operationally on any project – large or small. Their combined expertise is both relevant to the industry and recent giving us confidence in our ability to man-up and successfully execute on any project.
